Betty Johnson | Late 40’s early 50’s | A buxom and cheerful woman- full of energy |
Vic Johnson | Early 50’s | A brash man with feet of clay |
Detective Sergeant Slater | Middle age | A solicitous and kindly soul- until provoked. Very well dressed |
A passerby | Large man | Speaks Dutch wants his briefcase back(has been hit by a taxi) and comes in with a gun |
There is a light British accent in the play |

SPECIAL NOTES FOR AUDITIONERS
A light British is used, and Henry will have a more pronounced accent (especially in the very beginning).
A passerby (large man) will speak Dutch (in the script).
Actors must be available for ALL performances and entire TECH WEEK of rehearsals.
Please be prepared to list ALL potential conflicts for the rehearsal period (June- August).
If additional conflicts are disclosed after offer of a role is made, that offer may be rescinded.
Bring a resume and headshot to audition.
You will asked to complete an intake form when you arrive. List any/all roles you are interested in.
Sides will be provided.
