The Homecoming is a heartwarming
story based on the book by Earl Hamner Jr. which led to the television
series The Walton's. In this holiday story the family is known as the
Spencer family where Clay-Boy grew up with his three sisters and four
brothers. In 1933, the depression closed the mill on which the village
depended. His father found work in a town fifty miles away and could only be
with the family on weekends. On Christmas Eve, early in the afternoon, they
had already started looking forward to his homecoming. Take home the spirit
of the holiday in your heart, share it with your family and friends and
enjoy the holidays. |
